Account

How do I save my guest account?

In Profile, link your account to email, Google or Apple. Without that, your chats may be lost if you uninstall the app.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password" and we'll email you a reset link.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Account → Delete everything, or use the account deletion page.

Chats and characters

Are the characters real people?

No. All characters are fictional and their replies are generated by AI. See the Community Guidelines.

A character said something inappropriate

Long-press the reply and tap "Report". We review every report to improve the characters.

How do I make characters forget something about me?

Delete any memory in the Memories tab, wipe what one character knows in its "Chat settings", or switch memory off in Profile → Privacy & memory.

I ran out of messages

The free plan is a one-time trial of 20 messages, and it doesn't refill. Calls are for subscribers only. Paid allowances refill every month on the day you subscribed. For more, see the plans.

Subscriptions and payments

How do I cancel my subscription?

In Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or in Profile → Purchases → Manage subscription. Details on the subscriptions page.

I paid but the subscription or gems didn't show up

Try Profile → Purchases → Restore purchases. If it still doesn't work, email us your Google Play order number (starting with GPA.).

Notifications and voice

I don't get character messages

Make sure notifications are on in Profile → Notifications and in your phone's settings, and that battery saving isn't restricting the app. Teen accounts don't receive these messages.

Calls or voice dictation don't work

Allow the microphone (and the camera for video calls) in your phone's Settings → Apps → Lamma → Permissions.
