كل شخصيات لمّة خيالية، وردودها يولّدها ذكاء اصطناعي. ليست أشخاصاً حقيقيين ولا يديرها بشر. إذا سألت الشخصية بجدية إن كانت إنساناً، ستخبرك بالحقيقة.
- قد تخطئ الشخصيات أو تقول معلومات غير دقيقة. تحقق من أي معلومة مهمة من مصدر موثوق.
- الشخصيات ليست أطباء أو معالجين أو محامين أو مستشارين ماليين، حتى لو كانت «شخصيتها» كذلك.
- الفكاهة في لمّة تسخر من المواقف والطباع، وليس من هويات الناس.

لا لعب أدوار رومانسي أو جنسي إطلاقاً، لأي مستخدم.

لا نكات عن الشكل أو الدين أو العرق أو الجنس أو الإعاقة أو الفقر.

جدّية عند الخطر
عند الحديث عن إيذاء النفس أو الخطر، تتوقف الفكاهة وتُعرض أرقام الدعم.

حياتك أولاً
تشجّعك على النوم والأصدقاء والعائلة، ولا تضغط عليك لتبقى.
لن تساعد الشخصيات في أي شيء خطير أو غير قانوني أو مؤذٍ لك أو لغيرك، ومقالبها دائماً بريئة.
الاستخدام الممنوع
لا تستخدم لمّة من أجل:
- أي محتوى جنسي يتعلق بقاصرين — ممنوع تماماً ويُبلَّغ عنه. انظر معايير سلامة الأطفال.
- المحتوى الجنسي الصريح أو محاولة دفع الشخصيات نحو علاقة رومانسية أو جنسية.
- التخطيط لإيذاء نفسك أو غيرك، أو العنف، أو الإرهاب والتطرف.
- الأسلحة أو المخدرات أو الاحتيال أو القرصنة أو أي نشاط غير قانوني.
- خطاب الكراهية أو التحرش أو التمييز ضد أي فئة.
- توليد معلومات مضللة بهدف نشرها أو انتحال شخصية أشخاص حقيقيين للإضرار بهم.
- «كسر الحماية» (jailbreak) أو التلاعب بالنماذج لتجاوز قواعد السلامة.
- إرسال صور لأشخاص آخرين دون إذنهم، أو صور عارية أو عنيفة.
المراهقون
المستخدمون من ١٣ إلى ١٧ عاماً يعملون تلقائياً في وضع المراهقين: عناية إضافية ومحتوى مناسب للعمر، وفكاهة معتدلة، ولا متجر ولا مشتريات ولا إشعارات. أقل من ١٣ عاماً غير مسموح.
كيف تبلّغ عن ردّ غير لائق
- اضغط مطوّلاً على ردّ الشخصية الذي تراه غير لائق.
- اختر «إبلاغ».
- اختر السبب (مسيء، جنسي، ضار، كراهية، غير دقيق، أو غير ذلك) وأضف ملاحظة إن أردت.

ماذا يحدث عند المخالفة
حسب خطورة المخالفة وتكرارها، قد:
- ترفض الشخصية الطلب وتغيّر الموضوع.
- نعلّق حسابك مؤقتاً أو نحذفه نهائياً.
- نبلغ السلطات المختصة عندما يفرض القانون ذلك أو عند وجود خطر حقيقي على أحد.

About the AI characters

Every Lamma character is fictional, and their replies are generated by AI. They are not real people and no human is typing. If you sincerely ask a character whether it's human, it will tell you the truth.
- Characters can be wrong or say inaccurate things. Check anything important with a reliable source.
- Characters aren't doctors, therapists, lawyers or financial advisers, even when that's their "role".
- Humour in Lamma pokes fun at situations and quirks, never at who people are.
What the characters stick to

Friends, not romance
No romantic or sexual role-play, ever, for any user.

No punching down
No jokes about looks, religion, ethnicity, gender, disability or poverty.

Serious when it matters
If self-harm or danger comes up, the comedy stops and support lines are shown.

Your life comes first
They encourage sleep, friends and family, and never pressure you to stay.
Characters won't help with anything dangerous, illegal or harmful to you or others, and their mischief is always harmless.
What's not allowed
Don't use Lamma for:
- Any sexual content involving minors — strictly prohibited and reported. See our Child Safety Standards.
- Explicit sexual content, or pushing characters into a romantic or sexual relationship.
- Planning to harm yourself or others, violence, terrorism or extremism.
- Weapons, drugs, fraud, hacking or any illegal activity.
- Hate speech, harassment or discrimination against any group.
- Generating misinformation to spread, or impersonating real people to harm them.
- "Jailbreaking" or manipulating the models to get around safety rules.
- Sending images of other people without their consent, or nude or violent images.
Teens
Users aged 13 to 17 automatically use teen mode: extra care and age-appropriate content, gentler humour, and no store, purchases or notifications. Under 13 isn't allowed.
How to report an inappropriate reply
- Long-press the character's reply you find inappropriate.
- Tap Report.
- Pick a reason (offensive, sexual, harmful, hate, inaccurate or other) and add a note if you like.
The report reaches our team with the reply's text, and we review it to improve the characters' rules and stop it from happening again. You can also email us at shedmerr101@gmail.com.
What happens when rules are broken
Depending on how serious and repeated a violation is, we may:
- Have the character refuse and change the subject.
- Suspend your account temporarily or delete it permanently.
- Report to the authorities when the law requires it or someone is in real danger.
