Plans

The free plan is a one-time trial: 20 messages and two minutes of natural voice (about 10 messages heard) per account, and it doesn't refill. Calls are for subscribers only. On paid plans the voice minutes are one allowance for calls and for hearing messages and voice notes in a character's natural voice, counted by the second; replaying what you've already heard is free. Paid allowances refill every month on the day you subscribed, and what you don't use doesn't carry over. A yearly subscription is the same plan, refilled every month too, about 15% off. The app shows what's left of your allowance as a percentage, with the date it refills.

Messages also cover everything the characters write for you: each reply in a group chat is one, as is every message a character starts on their own; the characters' stories take three a day, their answers to your story one per story, and each photo a character sends takes two. When your messages run out, the characters stop writing to you until your allowance refills. Notifications themselves are never counted.

Every paid plan is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. Prices are shown in your local currency in the app and on Google Play before you buy, and may include taxes depending on your country.

Auto-renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (month or year) and are charged to your Google Play account unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
• If a free trial is offered, billing starts automatically when it ends unless you cancel before.
• If the price changes, we'll let you know, and Google Play will ask for your consent where required.

How to cancel

1. Open the Google Play app.
2. Tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
3. Select the Lamma subscription and tap Cancel subscription.

Or in the app: Profile → Purchases → Manage subscription. Benefits stay active until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds

• All payments go through Google Play and follow Google Play's refund policy. You can usually request a refund directly from Google within 48 hours of purchase.
• After that, email us at shedmerr101@gmail.com with your order number (starting with GPA.) and we'll consider it fairly, especially if a technical problem stopped you from using what you paid for.
• Nothing here affects your rights under the consumer protection laws of your country.

Gems 💎

Gems are an in-app virtual currency for sending gifts to characters (a rose, a flying slipper, a camel…). Gifts make the character happy and raise your supporter level with them.

• The first purchase of each pack counts double.
• You can also earn gems for free with the daily reward.
• Gems have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money or moved to another account, and aren't refundable once used unless the law requires it.
• Unused gems are deleted when you delete your account.
• Getting closer to a character only comes from talking with them; gifts don't "buy" friendship.

Teens

Teen accounts (13–17) don't see the store and can't make any in-app purchase.

Restoring purchases

If you change phones or reinstall, sign in with the same account and tap Profile → Purchases → Restore purchases. To keep your purchases safe, link your guest account to email, Google or Apple.
